If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds

You can request to cancel your order and get a full refund at any moment before your order ships.

Please contact us, and we'll process your request as soon as possible.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from receiving an item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean and not present signs of misusage (broken parts, scratches or any kind of damage), and be returned with its original packaging

If you decide to use your right to return the product, please contact us with your order ID. We will email you the instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Once we receive the keyboard, we will verify that the product has been returned under the abovementioned conditions.

If the product isn't in good condition when we inspect it (has visible marks, scratches, dents, or dirt), you can choose among these two options:

  1. We can ship the keyboard back to you, which costs $50.
  2. We can do a partial refund depending on the keyboard's state.

Shipping cost for returns

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • If you are shipping from the European Union, the shipping cost is $30.
    • If you are shipping from the US or other non-EU countries, the shipping cost is $50.

    Damaged product

    If you receive a damaged product, we will cover the cost of shipping it back to us. We can then send you a new product or issue you a refund.
